CCC Poster Contest

The Computing Community Consortium with the support of The Computing Research Association & The National Science Foundation announces The 2008 Undergraduate Visioning Poster Contest Upper Midwest Division (to be held in conjunction with MICS '08)

Rules

  1. Only one entry is allowed from each institution.
  2. Entries should be in the form of a single Power Point slide run off as a poster (40" wide x 30" high).
  3. Team members and institutions should be identified on each poster.
  4. The poster should propose a cutting edge computer science research vision. The idea should be innovative and have the potential to excite the computer science community (See the CCC web page at http://www.cra.org/ccc/ for examples of ideas already proposed).
  5. A case should be made as to why the vision is worthy of realization.
  6. Registration (in the form of the Power Point slide) should be emailed to Karen Sutherland ( ) by April 5, 2008.


The CCC supports the computing research community in creating compelling research visions and mechanisms to realize these visions.
